Title : °{Noor e Mehtab} ° Translation : ||MOONLIGHT|| 🥀🥀🥀 •"If she knew fate would take such turn of events, she would have never stepped in the land where he roamed, never caught his eye and never faced him again"• He was the Sardar from the village who owned the power, crushed the people who defied him and made them familiar with such barbaric fate that made the looming monsters quiver. His fear was deeply engraved in the hearts of people and nobody could dare infuriate him if he adored his precious life. He was the arrogant, heartless and cruel Sardar Badar Nauraiz Shah. She was a girl with big dreams from the city who was humble and cared for the people around her. She was a kind soul. Not familiar with village politics and the greed for power. She was raised in love and care. She was naive, humble and optimistic Shanzay Malik. It was a mere coincidence, a totally unexpected encounter, barely few glimpses, and she got the feeling that his dark obsidian orbs darker than the night itself laced with depth of oceans were going to haunt her for a long time. 🥀🥀🥀 •An enticing tale of sudden encounters, unexpected feelings, a journey of trials and painful beginnings• 🥀🥀🥀 Cover and Aesthetics made by me; ©zephyra_9 (Images used for edits from Pinterest) Copyright infringement and plagiarism is a serious crime, and the offender would be dealt accordingly. A modern fiction on Pandavas and Draupadi ♥️ "We remember every promise... every tear... every mistake... But... She remembers none of it." As they near the end of their mortal lives, the five Pandavas ask Lord Krishna for only one boon-not a kingdom, not glory, not heaven. Just another life. A life where there are no wars to fight, no throne to protect, no vows to break. A simple life where they can love the woman who was their strength through every lifetime-Draupadi. Their wish is granted, but fate has one final test. The five brothers awaken in a new world with every memory of their previous life intact... only to discover that Draupadi remembers nothing. Nothing of their love. Nothing of their marriage. Nothing of the sacrifices they made together. Nothing of the pain they caused her. Only one person remembers everything-her fiercely protective brother, Dhrishtadyumna. And he has sworn that his sister will never suffer because of the Pandavas again. Now the five brothers must do the impossible. Not win a kingdom. Not defeat an enemy. But earn the heart of the woman they once called their wife... without the weight of destiny forcing her hand. For the first time, Draupadi is free to choose. And this time... The Pandavas will wait for her answer. Even if it breaks their hearts.

On my wedding night, I waited behind a heavy bridal veil, my heart pounding with fear and uncertainty. The door closed, and he sat before me. Then his voice broke the silence-innocent, fragile. "Didi... aap ab se mere saath rahoge kya?" (Sister will you live with me now?) That moment shattered me. He wasn't my brother. He wasn't a relative's child. He was my husband. Aditya Singh Chaudhary. A handsome man of twenty-five... yet locked in the mind of a nine-year-old but with a truth that froze me to the core. They called him incomplete. They called him broken. But fate made him mine. And now, I must decide- am I only his caretaker only... or will I learn to be the wife of a man who never truly grew up? 🎀 𝒥𝒾𝓈 𝒟𝒾𝓃 🎀

"Aur sirf roti banana hi kaafi nahi hota, Janvi," she said, turning the tawa. Janvi looked up. "Toh aur kya-kya hota hai maa?" Her mother sighed, not tired-just seasoned. "Sab kaam seekhne padte hain. Kapde dhona, bartaan manjhna, subah sabse pehle uthna..." She continued, as if listing everyday items from memory. "Saree pehnna dhang se, pallu sambhalna, ghunghat mein chalna..." Janvi wrinkled her nose. "Ghunghat mein? Maa, dikhega bhi kuch ya bas andhere mein hi chalna padega? Nah baba nah, hum gir gaye toh...Hum nahi daalenge ghunghat vunghat." Her mother smiled briefly but didn't stop. "Aur baat-baat par zubaan sambhalni hoti hai. Bade-buzurgon se izzat se baat, aur..." she paused for half a second, then added, "Pati jo kahe, usse bhi tameez aur adab se sunna hota." Janvi's hands stilled again. "Har baat?" "Har baat," her mother replied quietly. The silence stretched, broken only by the hiss of a roti puffing up. Janvi looked down at the dough stuck to her fingers, then muttered, half-joking, half-serious, "Maa, yeh sasural hai ya gulaami?" Her mother let out a soft, knowing laugh. "Dono samajh le," she said. She handed Janvi a finished roti. "Isliye kehti hoon-yahan seekh le. Baad mein wahan koi sikhata nahi, bas umeed karta hai..aur umeedo pe nahi khade utarne pe sirf taane."

In a world where time bends and destiny weaves its own mysterious patterns, eight sisters from Kalyug - modern, spirited, curious - find themselves unexpectedly thrown back into the ancient and divine Era of Dwaparyug, the time of the Mahabharata. As they step into the grand courts of Hastinapur, the sacred lands of Kurukshetra, and the majestic halls of Indraprastha, they come face to face with legends they had only read about in scriptures: the valiant Pandavas, the wise Krishna, the mighty Bhishma, the fierce Karna, and the misunderstood Duryodhan. But this is not the Mahabharata you know. What if one of these sisters is none other than Mahalakshmi herself, incarnated without her own knowledge, drawn by cosmic design to restore the balance of fate? What if the infamous Dyut Sabha (the game of dice) still happened, but Duryodhan was not the mastermind behind it - what if he, too, was a noble-hearted prince, caught in the web of palace politics? What if Karna, instead of being torn between loyalty and dharma, stood firmly as a royalist, adopted by bhishma & the only way to tie pandav & kaurav In this twist of imagination, love blooms across time, as the sisters' modern hearts connect with the ancient souls of the epic's heroes. Bonds of love, respect, rivalry, and sacrifice are tested across centuries. This story is purely a work of fiction, a heartfelt tribute and imaginative reweaving of the epic Mahabharata. No disrespect is intended toward the original scripture, its divine characters, or the beliefs surrounding them. If you're sensitive to fictional reinterpretations, you may kindly choose to skip this. For those ready to dive into the depths of this reimagined tale, I invite you: step into the ocean of this book and discover a Mahabharata where fate itself gets a second chance.
