Iris, a poor-mannered Mutt, leads a life beyond depression as a head accountant in a medium-sized Chicago company. While attempting to block out her past of poor decisions and severe alcoholism, a new intern turns her bleak yet comfortable life into a personal hell. Despite their rivalry, she feels a growing tension in his presence, pulling emotions to the surface that had been forgotten.
