He sends Percy to live with the Avengers in Stark Towers. With Leo missing, Nico goes looking for him and isn't found for a while. Percy struggles with his flashbacks and memories. So he becomes friends with Percy and finds out a lot, and realizes that Percy is actually innocent. The Avengers decide that they should confront him themselves and ask him to go with them for questioning. Little did they know Percy didn't like that idea.
