Asking for help can be hard, especially for Harry.
He hadn't felt like himself for a while, and the boys had all realised that. Harry himself knew he wasn't okay, but insisted that he was fine. He lied to everyone around him, including himself.

Harry jolts awake then sighs as he shakily stands to go to the bathroom. He had yet another nightmare and woke up alone tangled in sweaty sheets. Why is it that he's so intoxicated by someone he can't have? Why does it feel so lonely even with friends, family, and fans by his side? The cool metal sting of the blade gives him a nice jolt, but even after ten cuts he's craving more. There's a shred of life left in his thoughts and that's the part of him that picks up the phone to call Vikk.
