Nico di Angelo gets adopted by Bruce Wayne after Batman witnesses him stalking around a cemetery in Gotham in the middle of the night. He doesn't want to move in with Bruce, but seeing as he can't supply any proof of his parents or even his own birth records, he doesn't have a good reason to say no. It's Bruce Wayne or the foster system so Nico decides to take his chances with the billionaire. What he didn't anticipate is that he isn't Bruce's only child, or that the man is more than meets the eye. Nico gets dragged into the Batfam and has to learn their secret while trying to hide the mythological world from the greatest family of detectives in the world. No Nico ships. It would get in the way of the plot. I will try to keep at least somewhat accurate with the rest of the books. Everything belongs to Rick Riordan or DCU. What if he met the Joker there and was adopted by him? (Warnings: cursing, violence, gore, torture, death, and experimentation on human) Don't worry, Nico will be a happy boy in this! But he will be facing many hardships and pain.

Nico is back at Hogwarts for his fourth year of this quest, which he did not think would take this long. With foreign schools, a weird teacher, and a dangerous tournament all in one school, Nico will need to be extra diligent to protect his friends, and maybe try not to get arrested in the process.

Nightmare had hit his breaking point, and ate the apples. Powered by their corruption, he was covered in negativity and fed off of the villagers fear before killing them. His brother's voice got through to him before he petrified him though, and Nightmare ran. He soon woke up in an unknown place, a gem embedded into his chest and a battle happening near him. What is a 'monster' like him to do?
