After sixteen years of living in New York and his decade long successful career as a comic book artist, FP Jones doesn't know how to finish the story he has been telling for over ten years. He realizes there is only one place he can go to that will spark some inspiration: Riverdale. His home town, where he left part of himself before moving to the city that never sleeps. When he arrives there, he finds his old girlfriend right where he left her, with a crown on her head at the Serpent bar that she now owns. However, their meeting goes differently than he expected and along the way he finds out that he isn't the only one who kept secrets.

Later she comes to learn this man is 'the man who never speaks' going by the name of FP Jones. Who is this man? And does he have anything to do with the growing drug trade in Riverdale? But the life of a divorcée with two teenage daughters who have moved from the city is everything but easy. How will they find their way in this small town and what will happen when the bond between them and the neighbors across the hall becomes serious? Will Betty push her crush for the redheaded boy aside? Will Polly learn to deal with her parents seperation? Will FP get back on his feet and learn how to deal with his depression? Will Fred ever get over the passing of his wife? Will Alice find her way into her new life?

It won’t be like it was the first time. Nothing could be like it was with Jason. But she didn’t quite anticipate how different the dating world had become. The more she learns, the more panicked she becomes until she literally runs from her first date . . . and directly to Marshal. She was just looking for someone to ease the loneliness. What she found was a friend she’d already learned to lean on. But can Monica let go of her picture-perfect memories and embrace a new dream? With a new man?

One night... That was all it took to turn their world upside down. Tim and Audrey are left to choose what to do after a night demolishes all they thought they knew. The only flaw is, they both want to take different paths -- one leading to a long, complicated future together, and another leading to a simple future apart. Due to her mother's insisting, Audrey comes home to stay with her mother for a while, evidently running into Tim. So do all roads truly lead back home?
