A boy named kai had unnatural powers and once used then at 4 to protect his family but when he turned 15 he abused them forcefully and bullyed everyone one at his school and one day they just stoped working after that he felt useless the news didnt get around for a while because he was to scary to notice but eventually at the 3rd quarter it got around but when it did he left and now is where our story next story starts. It's a mixed story of fairy tail and hero academia, two of my favorite anime's
