Spiderman is in a battle with some unknown thing, and it badly wounds him. But it so happens that the Avengers were trying to capture him during the same time. This is not based on any one movie. The Avengers appearing in this story are Steve Rogers (Captain America), Tony Stark (Iron Man), Clint Barton (Hawkeye), Thor, Bruce Banner (Hulk), and Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow). This is an Amazing Spiderman fanfic, the one with Andrew Garfield. Even though all the avengers are in it Steve and Tony will probably be more dominant in the story. (right below Peter of course)
