This story takes place before Shay becomes a Templar. Kathryn McKay, a assassin to the Colonial Brotherhood, who when she was 10 her parents, who were also assassin's, were killed by Templars. She and Shay have been friends since he became an assassin. But became lovers two years later. I don't own any of the Assassin's Creed Rouge characters, just Kathryn McKay and any additional other characters that are my own creation.

Sequel to The Heart of an Assassin Kathryn and Shay Cormac leave the Assassins. Shay leaves with the Assassins thinking that he is dead. But the Assassins know that Kathryn is alive and well, and she is more than likely a target.
