Its first holder is the brother of A.F.O and used his quirk for good to stop A.F.O in ruling the world with an iron fist. The quirk has been passed down in the centuries. Sadly the other eight have been lost and forgotten in time. But not to worry as they will surface again in those worthy. Sadly the worthy are broken true heroes.
