After believing a myth, Tevin Jenkins, a recent high school graduate, risks his life to jump off a mountain with a large boulder called Fairy Rock to enter the gateway of the World of The Fairies. He seeks the help of the fairies to win over the heart of Serenity, the woman who he has been in love with since junior high school. What he doesn't realize is there are dark consequences to seeking help from them. Can Tevin and his town survive the onslaught? In the town of Fairyville, there is a myth that if anyone jumps off a boulder called Fairy Rock that stands high on a mountain, they can enter the World of The Fairies and receive any wish they desire. Recent high school graduate, Tevin Jenkins, is madly in love with his crush, Serenity Cooper. After being beaten up by her abusive boyfriend, Daniel, and having the fight video go viral, Tevin jumps off Fairy Rock to enter the fairy world. In the World of The Fairies, he meets a young fairy named Sparkle who transforms him into a handsome muscular man named Rock to help win Serenity's heart. Unknowingly, Tevin doesn't realize the price he has to pay for the fairies to help him. Can Tevin stop the evil fairies from releasing deadly, magical dragons, olgers, and dark wolves into the town of Fairyville?

Though they don't know it, our twelve heroes are the ones to fight and before the threat arrives they must first prove themselves. Alexis (Lexi) Lowther defined herself as goth. Maybe it was because she felt like she was drifting from clique to clique, never seeming to find her place. Maybe it was because she felt no connection to her parents. When they springs the idea of moving to London Lexi isn't particularly bothered. A fresh start could be exactly what she needs. Skye Rivera has always felt like he was drowning in thoughts, the idea that he doesn't deserve to be loved plaguing his mind. When Skye encounters Lexi, he sees the sadness behind Lexi's eyes because it reflects the sadness behind his own. He feels obligated to befriend Lexi, but the baggage of his dark past can only hinder their relationship. He swears he won't fall in love, but Lexi sees falling in love with Skye as inevitable.

Hunter Grace would, from a cursory inspection, appear to be a very normal teenage girl. She was a good student, a good daughter, and a relatively skilled poet (if in fact such a thing has ever existed). However, there were also so very not normal things about Hunter-- namely her mind, which contained all manner of esoteric thoughts, and the fact that she summoned her first boyfriend from the very pits of the underworld.
