Bucky Barnes wasn't the only assassin for Hydra. He wasn't the only one stuck in time either. Frozen after each mission, and never awakened unless needed. Bucky may have been found and is being helped, but there were others with him. While regaining his own memories, he see's a specific girl fighting against him with HYDRA. She's fast, strong, and silent, just like him. He may not remember much, but he does know that he wants to save that girl from what the rest of HYDRA is doing to her. Unlike her father, Josephine is very compassionate and hates to see anyone in pain, so she is furious when she finds out what Hydra has been doing to Bucky Barnes for the last seventy years.
