Mackenzie Ziegler is a perfectly happy woman, living in sunny Los Angeles with her best friend Lauren Orlando. In a moment of desperation, Johnny offers her a kidney - but even that might not be enough. What if Lupus takes over more of Mackenzie's organs? Will they be able to set aside their differences for the sake of Mackenzie's health, career and life in general?
