In a world, before quirks were born, a radioactive explosion circles the whole world, giving special people powers who called themselves "conduits". The explosion gives them super natural abilities and use different elements as their weapons, but in the future, people fear that conduits are stronger than any quirk in the world and it's true, but, they believe they will use them for evil. Until, a new government force called the D.U.P led by Brook Augustine, they capture all the conduits around the world, no conduit has escape that for years. But, a new one will rise up and show the world that a conduit can become a hero, even though he's quirkless. (In this story, All Might did defeat All for One and the League of Villians was taken by the police and All Might's secret is reveal to the world and still has the One for All)

Welcome to the new world... The R.I.A.R world. The world that contains all my worst nightmares I'm Tee schuller the only girl with balls(not real balls but... you know what I mean).
