after Paintbrushes elimination in episode 12.. i just had to make this..i had this whole book literally in my head.. now i just gotta type it up ...chapter by chapter, this might take awhile to finish because of school but, ill finish it.

It's been a few months since the elimination of Paintbrush. Of course Lightbulb is getting more unlike her normal self. Due to this, she does something that is against the show rules.

⚠️ trigger warning : in this story is talk of suicide, and depictions of self-harm, violence, and, in detail, suicide attempts. please avoid reading if self-harm or suicide or violence hurts you to read. ⚠️ After Nickel and Balloon's elimination from Inanimate Insanity II, Baseball and Suitcase found themselves alone in a world of people they don't talk to, only wanting to see their best friends again. Both being stuck in this fate, their paths end up colliding with each other once more, and they have to talk to each other to keep themselves from a deep depression. However, as they try to cope with their feelings of angst and loss, they spiral downwards in their mental state, and desperately need their old friends back... or they may not have the will to live on. Read along as all this occurs, and Nickel and Balloon suffer the same fate with each other. (Inanimate Insanity and all characters are owned by Adam Katz and the Inanimate Insanity team. I own nothing here except the story. Please keep in mind that this is my first Inanimate Insanity story, so this won't be perfect or anything, but I'm trying my hardest. This story does not take place in the normal Inanimate Insanity world. The objects act more like humans, and take pain and death like normal humans do. They can't be revived if they die, for example.)

Balloon goes to Insanity High school, where everyone tends to be messed up in some way. At first, he thought the only way to fit in was to be rude and bossy, but now that he is trying to change. Despite his efforts, nobody likes him (and his high-pitched voice surely doesn't help), not even himself. That's when 'she' moves into town. He sees this as a chance to have a fresh start, make a friend for once. But will it happen, or will his own mind tear him down first? (WARNING: there will be swearing, drug use, lots of drama, and suicide attempts) Inanimate Insanity belongs to Adam Katz and AnimationEpic.

The characters do not belong to me, they belong to Inanimate Insanity which belongs to Adam Katz. The only thing i own is the storyline, cover art and ideas. People (Objects) are becoming infected with a deadly disease. Paintbrush and Lightbulb seem to be immune, but even if Lightbulb is not infected, she still has to deal with her own personal problems. And Paintbrush, the only price that they have to pay will be... The loss of many of their friends. And maybe even the one closest to them...

Paintbrush is eliminated off Inanimate Insanity... But will that stop Lightbulb from being with Painty? Probably not.. read to find out what happens between them... this story also includes storylines between other characters of inanimate insanity!
