It's been a couple months since Virgil had been accepted into the Sides, them becoming a family. Since that day, since the day Virgil broke out of his "bad guy" role, Roman has been feeling.. weird. Getting this tingly feeling in his chest, wanting to talk to Virgil, wanting to get to know him better, wanting to be close to him more... And he's finally realized what that feeling is. For as long as Remus could remember, his side of the Imagination was different than Roman's. Remus found his side harder to control, more unstable. Every morning he would wake up with no recollection of the dream he had dreamt, but his subconscious had taken control of the Imagination in his sleep and had placed him inside of it. Deceit knew that Remus wasn't the most sane person in the world, but while talking to Logan about him Thomas summoned the both of them. What Thomas told them made Deceit panic and race to Remus' room. What he saw made his heart shatter. We all know Remus gets intrusive thoughts, but what if they're worse than he leads on? What if he snaps? TW: Self harm, depression, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempt, gore, attempted murder.

After King Romulus split, Deceit and Patton had a deal. Give the "bad imagination" to Deceit to be with him and Anxiety in the Dark Side Realm, and Patton keep the "good imagination" to be with him and Logan in the Light Side Realm. But Patton, being naturally good at heart and Thomas' heart himself, pitied the "bad" twin - afraid of what Deceit might do to him if he stayed with the "evil" influences of the Dark Sides. So Patton decides to break his end of the deal, and raise both twins as light sides. Because of this, Deceit is angered and plans to wreak havoc and damage Thomas' mind until he gets what he claims "rightfully belongs to him". When Dee finally gets what he's wanted for years, he realises that he no longer wants Remus...he NEEDS him. POSSIBLE TW WARNINGS: Angst, mind control, (kind of) forced relationship, past abuse, scars, very dark themes and more as future chapters are uploaded.
