Enfermos

Black Hat (the main character from Villainous) has mysteriously fallen ill. He refuses to tell anyone or seek help; passing off the pain and noises in his head as a "simple headache". His behavior changes erratically as time goes on. The pain and noises getting worse. Time is running out.
