Izaya was diagnosed an incurable disease and gonna die in a couple of years. Cancer?AIDS? or spinocerebellar ataxia(the disease that attacked the girl in "1 litre of tears",if you konow the drama) for the sake of epicness? I want to see the progress of Shizuo and Izaya after they found out about his disease until his death. You know,the enemy-turns-friends-turns-lover with lots of angst cause Izaya gets weaker and weaker every day.

Izaya finds out that he has cancer, he has to decide whether he gets treatment and hopes he gets cured. Or spend it with Shizuo living on the edge till the very end.
