24 year old Betty Cooper is working at a bookstore. When Jellybean Jones comes to buy a book from her, she has no idea that about a week later, her older brother will show up, attempting to switch the cheesy romance novel out for some murder mystery. The two end up getting close after going out on a few dates and fall in love.

On their 15th summer, Betty and Jughead decide to take the 'best friend' status to another level. The two fall in love and Betty is forced to move to the other end of the country a couple of months later. They both develope mental sickness and only see each other once a year or so, both of them suffering and missing one another.

Betty and Jughead are about to start their last year in college. Over the years, they've had a lot of fights, they've taken a few breaks and gone to separate holidays to get some time away from each other. Everyone always thought that this kind of high school romance can't stay forever. But the two know that relationships need work, and they've stayed together through all of it, more in love than ever.

A new teacher is welcomed to Riverdale High...but will Betty resist the tension?
