[Sequel to Trusting the Enemy] Two months have passed since Murdar and Shylah joined Torchwood Three. So far things had been pretty boring. No aliens, rift activity, not even hint of a Weevil sighting, and Owen and Shylah didn't appear to have any negative signs after being resurrected. Then the fair comes to town and everything goes upside down once more.
