An AU where James and Natalia find each other again, what do they get up to living in the tower with the rest of the Avengers though? (I don't own The Avengers or the characters). First chapters are rubbish ;)

The final showdown. Natasha, finally free from Alexei, has been busy. Hydra is stronger than ever and the team have been forced to go dark. When one of their own is caught in the crossfire relationships are tested. Hatred and anger cloud their judgement and drives the team to turn on one another. It's a battle of the shadows. "Natasha, stop running." Bucky caught her wrist and forced her to look up at him. Her eyes were wild and frantic. "I can't." She pulled away. "Why not? We want to help you Natasha but you need to let us. Stop running." She shook her head, her eyes downcast. "He's found me." A demon from her past is out to haunt her.
