Peter's been through a lot in his life, so when something so horrible happens to his aunt, it messes with him and causes a chain of events.

To Peter's dismay, May has died, and he's left an orphan once again. Tony Stark allows him to stay at the Avengers Tower, where he grows close with both Tony and the other Avengers. Peter has been living in an orphanage for almost a year after his aunt died. He needs an escape. No one can know who he is even if he avengers are sent to investigate him on his patrols.
