In my mind there's a garden, Take a walk around, Where I'm always found, The stones may make you trip, Careful- the thorns prick. Dark, messy and neglected, My garden- Broken hoes and scattered seeds, Light and help are my needs, Careful- the darkness is deep. The winds destroyed everything, Not a chance for new birthing, My effort in chains tied, Light and help finding I've tried, Careful- the chains are old and rusty. Other gardens strive and flourish, I just need a little to cherish, Someone stop the storms and winds, Maybe good tidings it brings, Careful- the storms are disastrous. In my mind there's a garden, Dark, messy and neglected, Not a chance for new birthing, I just need a little to cherish, Careful- the garden seems dead! ©Gael

This is a collection of a few of the poems I have written at time when I needed love so much and only ended up with Sorrows instead pillow socked in tears loneliness and bitterness. It took me alot of tear drops in writing each and every piece in here and behind every poem is a story that remains untold. Am indeed grateful for the love that I shared with my Ex and in me still thinks that it ended too soon or maybe I never saw the end coming and before I noticed it was over, he had moved into a new life living me collecting the broken pieces of our love alone. It was never easy healing my brokenness inside, I had lived with anger and hatred for a long while until Sorrows became part of me. Two years of holding on to a pleading heart in a bleeding love. But through poetry I found a way to let go of the pain and bitterness at heart. I found something that really understood what I was dealing with and slowly the pain inside turned into words and before I noticed it something new was born in me, poems. Every night that I felt like crying I would write instead and after writing my tears would just vanish. I am in a knew relationship right now happy with smiles but I still believe am not the only one who have had to deal with a broken heart. And for that matter I thought of sharing my SORROWS OF LOVE with that someone who is going through what I went through. I hope the SORROWS OF LOVE will console if not to heal your brokenness just as it did to me....... Thanks in advance my name is Dorothy Nyandega with a poetic name DorohBuccy
