Icepaw is like any other apprentice: eager to learn and defend her Clan, StormClan. Icepaw secretly starts visiting this mysterious cat more, and slowly gains her trust. But soon, things start to become chaotic and dark for Icepaw as she continues training, in the waking world and her dreams. As she grows and earns her warrior name, Iceheart, StormClan - and possibly all the Clans - are thrown onto a dark path, starting out with a mysterious prophecy. When cats start to get killed, Icepaw suddenly finds herself at the center of the evidence, and driven out of her beloved Clan. That is when she starts thinking: Is Snakeheart who Iceheart thinks she is? Or is there more going on beyond her knowledge? And will Iceheart be able to stop her and confront the darkness on the horizon before it unleashes its fury on the Clans?
