Who shuts his hopes and dreams down as soon as he gets any. Then he becomes partially insane from the whole shut down and finds a quirk elsewhere. His plan? Make everyone equal, everyone quirkless, he will be the only one able to wield a quirk, the only one that deserves it. But what if he can't follow through? But what if he can?
