Draco Malfoy has been sentenced to spend an entire year in the muggle world, without his magic. He will be taught how to live like the muggles do by the one person he hates more than any other, Hermione Granger. But times have changed and no one is the same after the war.

Hermione felt the pounding in her ears again. She would see him for the first time since the Great Hall, gaunt and stricken at the Slytherin table with his mother clutching his arm. She hadn't meant to look for him. Not in the corridors, not beneath the white sheets of the fallen, not on the way to the Chamber of Secrets with Ron, but she was a stupid girl.

Hermione is the "Brightest Witch of her Age": she follows the rules and she only breaks curfew to fulfil her prefect duties. That is until one night in a dusty broom cupboard with a certain Slytherin. She may have just made the worst decision of her life.
