Basil Andrea moved out of the city and into the suburbs. She despised the idea but went along with it anyway. When she got to her new house and life, she noticed her new neighbor was having a yard sale. She heard rumors from her new school that the old lady, who was her new neighbor and having that yard sale, was a witch. Basil decided to buy a tv from her which was surprisingly cheap, and put it in her room.
