She kissed him back for a moment when she realized what was happening. He was in shock when she pulled away, "Oh shit! I'm sorry... I shouldn't have kissed you back." He tried to take a step towards her but she held up her hand as she tried to retreat backwards, "Please don't."" Penelope Andrea Xavier (Pax for short) was always seen as one of the guys. When Johnny Frost strikes a deal to protect her, she is thrown into the middle of Gotham's crime ring. After Joker discovery of Frost little hacker miracle worker, he sees an opportunity to fully rule Gotham. One problem though, his queen Harley doesn't do so well sharing the spotlight.
