The cracking ice quickly began to reach me making my leg to fall under. The freezing water hit my leg causing me to quiver from the coldness. I rolled around on the ice suddenly not caring about the stabbing pain in my head as I moved around trying to get my leg out. That pathetic attempt failed as the other leg fell into the water splashing my face. The freezing ice water stung against my blood stricken forehead making the cut I got from the knife hurt even more. Chills began to run down my body as the ice continued to mercilessly demolish from under me. Right then I knew, I knew I was going to drown. Then, the expected happened, I fell in.
