He is given the choice to become a full time student at UA and refine his quirk or become a normal ten year old kid and go to a normal school. What will he choose... Quirk: clockwork, gives him the ability to stop time for as long as he can hold his breathe, but his mind must be clear and set on one goal in order to activate it.
