this book contains a hundred reasons for why you shouldn't kill yourself. disclaimer: i wrote this book in 2016 and i probably repeated reasons. i've thought about rewriting it but not sure if i should. there are so many negative comments. i just wanted to help people through a hard time. <3

title says it all

A lot of people suffer from depression,anxiety, and eating disorder, etc. and I do too. A bit about me is I suffer from depression and anorexia. To most people don't look like I'm struggling but I am. Some days I just need to me to tell me that it all be OK, or why I'm amazing. It's hard for me to believe that I am, even though I tell everybody else that there is beauty in everything and everyone. I need to take my own advice. I want you to know how amazing and beautiful or handsome you are no matter what your gender whether you're he/him, a she/her, or a they/them. I'm here for you and I always will be message me if you need anything and I hope this'll help you even a little bit. <3
