Young Ciel Phantomhive has found himself falling in love with his butler, Sebastian Michaelis. Sebastian feels the same way and confesses his feelings for Ciel after he has reoccurring nightmares. One morning, Sebastian wakes up to find a note on Ciel's bed. He was kidnapped, normally Sebastian would be calm in a situation like this, but having feelings for the young boy made him fret. A few days after this tragic event, the same kidnapper sets fire to the Phantomhive Manour.
