After rekindling the first flame, Edgar's body and soul was used as kindling, being burnt into nothingness. This is where the story should have ended, where Edgar ceased to be. But fate had another plan. Centuries later humanity is on the brink of fading once again, but not due to the fire, but themselves. As the bombs drop everything is destroyed, buildings, nature, animals, and people. The world as we knew it was burned to ashes, and a new age began as the survivors rebuilt. That is, until someone found what remained of the kiln of the first flame, and the man in metal armor sitting by a fire in the center.

From the darkness of the Abyss comes a knight from an age long past in the form of a monster with no memory of his name, into a world covered in snow. Now he travels across the blizzard ridden land with an almost human companion, bringing back the tools of his past, and exploring this new world. But with the light there is darkness, and on their journey they will encounter threats who deem themselves good natured. How will they hold out in this beautiful yet dangerous world, and what will the monstrous knight learn of his past and his future with the help of his companion. Many misfortunes have fallen upon rising singer Seaside, known also as Y/n L/n. All that's left of those days now is a battle-worn, quiet inkling, bearing grisly scars unheard of in his kind's history. He survived, keeping several years of logs in the PDA he received, eventually returning home, to a society he was unfamiliar with. Living in a hostile environment on your own is hard, but living in a society you are a stranger to may just be harder, without the right help.

An undead warrior is taken from his world with a mysterious heritage, look as he travels this new world and meet new people, and will he manage to get over his dreadful past? Find out. (this is a rewrite of my original Story, Abyss watcher in the league, it will have a few more plot twists and will also be longer hopefully).
