My name is Beatrice Prior. There is something you should know about me. I was a 13 year old girl who was addicted, drank,smoked, and disobeyed every rule my parents gave me. It got really bad. I was put in rehab and was forced to move away from my 'gang'. I am now 18 and am starting a new life here now. I am getting better. Really. I only ever did it because I struggle with self-confidence. I am anorexic and bulimic. I also cut. Nobody knows though well, except for my gang and brother, but he died and I haven't been the same since. All I have to say is that The struggle is real.

Do you know the feeling if you just want to get away? No? Well, I can say that it is a shitty feeling. Now guess how I am feeling right now... Me, Beatrice Prior, prisoned in my small home with my dad with angry issues and my apathic mom. Amazing right?

Beatrice Prior, new girl at school. Tobias Eaton, jackass of the school. Many differences, but how did they turn out to like each other after all of the hate and disgust has washed away. I can say... things get out of hand, romantic, but also strange and awkward!

"Are you scared of me?" I break the silence. "Terrified." For a second his dark eyes are on mine, and he's quiet. Then he touches my face and leans in. I can tell he knows that I'm just as nervous as he is. I hate how I become vulnerable when it comes to him. I hate how I easily melt into his grasp and I hate how he must feel my heart being ripped out of my chest with the pace that it's beating at. He grins and presses his lips to mine. Sometimes I wonder if love is worth fighting for, but when I look at him, I know for sure it most definitely is. The thing about love is that you never see it coming. It goes around haunting and tormenting you, but what I learned is that it is worth waiting for. And right now, I'm glad I waited for it. Divergent High School AU.--read at your own risk.
