16-year-old May Forester was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer last year. Before she became bed ridden she fell in love with a sweet boy, Jacob Herring. He visits her in the hospital every day. May is going through a lot of different treatments to make her live longer, however it takes a toll on her body.
