That sent chills down my spine, but I kept walking up the stairs,slowly. I was shaking. Why does he have this effect on me? "Ryan! Wait!" I took a deep breath, and told myself to keep walking. I heard him run up the steps, so I quickened my pace. How are the stairs this long?! "Ryan! Just wait! Please!" He begged. To be honest, I feel kinda bad, for treating him like this... Before I could react, I felt his hands on my shoulders, and then he spun me around. My skin felt like it was on fire, and I was paralyzed, unable to move. We were face to face. My heart was beating hard, like a drum, and then he said it. "Ryan, I love you." *** Ryan is an ordinary teenage girl, with problems of her own. She's either loved or hated. She's glared at, gawked after and gossiped about. She's hit on, called out, overprotected and complimented. He's drooled after, feared, respected and powerful. They meet.. and this my friends is the story of the time the alpha got rejected. I just want to put out a disclaimer that I haven't updated in a very long time nor do I intend to at this point. For a while I wanted to try to at least finish the book because leaving a story undone is not what anyone wants to read but I was such a different person when I started writing this. I don't think it's possible for me to write to this story again. That is also why the story is not very well written (I was 13 when I wrote this) and seems to change a lot throughout the piece. I'm sorry for anyone that has already started it and is waiting for it to be finished. Please take this into consideration before you start reading this story.
