A one eyed man with a glowing eye like the stars hence the name. He is known for several things flight, speed, strength, tearing his victims apart with his bare hands and oddly enough never killing, but all that came from when he was just starting out. Now when a villain sees his eye they either pass out or surrender with not a drop of blood spilled.
