Everyone thought that after the rebels won, everyone lived happily ever after. They were wrong. After another long fifteen years Panem regained power. Wanting a change, they took over South America, naming this place New Panem, which everyone called NP. In order to honor Old Panem they brought back the thing that all the people of the New Districts feared, and only heard about in books and stories. The Hunger Games.
