On her alphas 16th birthday she goes to school and the most popular kid in school, name Drake who just happens to be the Alpha, is her mate. When she confronts him he embarrases her in front of the whole pack. Her brother become disgusted with her "lie" and make her feel awful. So she leaves. She drops everything and leaves.
