A year has passed since they have found any trouble, all they have found were robbers and bandits. but as they celebrate their victory, one of the turtles is missing, Amoly. As Amoly skates through the city, she meets an unlikely friend that changes both the groups of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lives.
