Barbara killed her parents and Starla killed her boyfriend and his family. When Jerome starts to hit on Starla she gets annoyed. She doesn't know what he sees in her and she knows she's too good for him. When they get busted out of Arkham, they are still together. They are in The Maniax together. Jerome is trying his hardest to charm her but it isn't working. Starla is afraid to love because of her last boyfriend. When Jerome and her get more closer she starts to fall for him but doesn't want to. Barbara drifts away from her and doesn't talk to her as much. All Starla had is Jerome. Will she learn to love again?

Jerome Valeska is presumably dead, I mean we all watched him die on live TV, right? He can't just come back.... Wrong. When Dr. Hugo Strange brought back Galavan, Fish, and many others.
