Dipper hasn't been in Gravity falls for 7 years, what happens when Bill Cipher finds him again?

Two years after the fall of Bill Cipher, Dipper and Mabel came back to Gravity Falls every summer. This time, they plan to stay permanently but when Dipper make a mistake on his second day at Gravity Falls. Let's just say this summer is not as easy as their second and third summer. (Atbash - Ceasar - A1Z26)

Dipper is now older than he was and has returned to Gravity Falls to get over the death of his sister(Sorry if you like Mabel I just don't really know what to do with her in this sorry I really am sorry) Mabel. His Grunkles had left the Mystery Shack in the hands of Soos. Wendy is still working there as well but they seem to busy for Dipper to hang out with anyways. So that leaves Dipper with Pacifica. She doesn't know how to cope with Dippers depression either so she ends up leaving town. At night time Dipper sometimes walks and every night he will see a yellow light glowing in the dark and along with a voice that calls out to him "Come to me Pinetree my world is better than that world of abuse..."

Dipper finally moves to Gravity Falls, after many years of being away. He then meets Bill Cipher in the woods, and they strike a new deal. But what is it that Bill really wants out of this deal?
