Izuku just arrived at his summer camp where he will train his quirk and push beyond his limits with his classmates also training to enhance their quirks. Tenko Shimura, 5y/o, manifested his quirk after a particular nasty outbreak from his father. His quirk as it turned out was quite powerful. As a kid who just manifested their quirk they did not know how it work and how to control it, and so, he accidentally destroyed his house and killed his pet dog, his second family and purposefully killed his father as they were the reason for this to happen, but his biological mother and future step-dad were there to help him through the trauma and later on got a little brother. Izuku Midoriya, 6 y/o, manifested his quirk - but in a less traumatizing then his step-brother - that was deemed villainous, but received the help of people that wanted to see him on the top as a hero. Android 21 creates a device on Earth with the help of Bulma. The Device breaks down dimensions, creating a portal to a parallel dimension. When 21 test runs the device, it creates a blue portal that's small enough to fit in your hand. She activates the portal, which expands it to where it's big enough for humans to enter. She steps through and finds herself in a city called Musutafu. She walks until she finds herself in front of building called Aldera Junior High. 21 looks at the top of the school only to see a boy with green and black hair to jump off. Does she save him? Does she leave him to his fate?
