No, he was always a Cipher. He was never Dipper, he was Alcor. He was never human, he was a demon. Forever and always, he was the son of Bill Cipher. Bill Cipher; his father. His idol. The only family he truly needed. And yet, mortals always had to destroy that. But... wasn't he a moral too? . . . Alcor can't seem to do the one thing a dream demon is supposed to do; and it seems like the disappointment of everyone watching him is weighing him down. He knows he can do it; he knows. But a deep feeling in his chest that can't seem to go away is making him hesitate. Bill isn't acting the same after his years-long encounter with Stanford. But for Bill and Dipper, that sadly isn't what happened, or how it's going to happen. So what happens when you can only see the world in 1 colour? I chose to be part of Dipper and Mabel, I've always loved their bond and they had me wanting a twin too. So I said I'd be Macie pines. My names not Macie but I changed it so it works with their names. So bam we are triplets! Me dipper and mabel! I thought it'd be cool if that happened so I'm writing this story. Anyways! Onto the summary! I am Macie....Pines?! I was on a road trip with my mom, sightseeing the things I would see at Hollywood, until everything went back. Waking up, I see that I'm on a bus with two other children...odd.... While trying to figure what just happened, it comes to show that I'm in the world of Gravity Falls, right before they got to the mystery shack. What? Trying to figure out what's happening, I have to keep the secret of knowing exactly what's going to happen to the Pines family and friends. "I need to wake up from this 'dream'"

Cipher is the "God" of the forest around Gravity Falls and it's his job to protect it and it's creatures. He does his job well until two young twins wonder into him home. He watches them at first and lets them live. The boy seems much more interested in all the weird things in the forest than the girl but other than that they looked harmless. Till a few days later Bill finds he's missing his journal, where he logs all his creatures and their actions. Panicked and pissed he reaches his whole forest and the whole town. Making the people fear him and the forest. But he had no luck finding his journal. Years later the Pines twins come back to Gravity Falls, and Dipper brings his favorite book, a beaten old journal filled with fictional creatures and nonclinical notes. {{{THIS IS A SLOW BURN BOOK. This is (obviously) an AU (Alternative Universe). (I'm not quite good at writing funny stuff, but I'm good at writing things full of feels and cute couple moments, and this is a warning, I guess, I'm not sure) *** Back to Gravity Falls, now with fourteen years old, after that horrible incident with well, I guess everybody knows about it, but in case you are wondering, the horrible awkward incident where Bill tried to take over the world and turn it into a big freak party, which is obviously, not weird at all. Since Stan and Ford are back from their adventure, the twins are finally back to the weirdest town in the world. Of course, it wouldn't be Gravity Falls if there wasn't a portal opening, a portal that had already opened in other places in the world, and that was now, in Gravity Falls. As if it wasn't enough, an old enemy of the Pines family might be back, way worse and way more terrifying.

Dipper and Mabel are back for their annual summer trip and are ready for new adventures. Dipper, however, has been hiding some secrets he isn't too proud of and when he meets the triangular villain all over again, those secrets become even harder to keep. Not only is that hard enough on its own but it looks like that villain has some of his own.
