You had seen excellent reviews for an otome game called Mystic Messenger but hadn't downloaded the app because you felt it would be betraying the franchise you primarily read. After being introduced into the Otome world while on maternity leave you got hooked really quickly and now 2 years later you have 10 different otomes that you read, but it was beginning to feel that each story was a variation of the same plots and the stories were lacking the depth you craved.
