Brief insight: this is a story based on real people. Coronation Street. The most heart-wrenching TV program. Philippe's eyes were transfixed on the television, his eyes following the drama of Gail Platte and Mary, whilst his ears were barricaded by the sound of Amanda devouring her slice of Cheesecake. Amanda was his life-long partner - some could say they were lovers. Well, she wasn't the love of his life. I mean there was nothing really attractive about her. Her hair in a tight, fixed back bun, glasses that framed her youthful face. The one thing Philippe liked most about her was her hands, they were nice. He never paid much attention to her; while she was hopelessly in love with him. See, his heart was stolen by life-long friend Smay, (a weird name I know). Philippe longed for her, in fact he couldn't live without her - she was under the bed. Whilst the not so happy couple were chomping on their cheesecake, that was mild yet consistent, Smay lay under the bed - silent. She fell asleep, dreaming of Pete her other lover. Philippe went to check on Smay, he thought she was a bit too silent. He dropped his cheesecake, and jumped of his firm, but not too firm bed. He prodded his sleeping lover, he felt like #this was a sleeping beauty moment. "Are you okay?", he whispered. "Yes I am fine... I just wish you weren't with her. Your love is a as broken and dead as One Direction!" She retorted. He sighed, and jump[ed back on the bed, returning to the gripping episode of his favorite show. "Bibble?" Amanda called, her pet name for her lover. This f#frustrated Smay, he was hers. Induced with rage, she dragged Amanda under the bed. Flustered Philippe jumped from the bed to the floor to survey the situation: they had gone "Oh well.", he thought to himself and changed the channel to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
