There's two sides to every story. Be careful to which you believe.

I struggled to sit up. My head felt like it was going to explode. My heart felt like it was going to collapse on itself. I felt like I was choking as tears stung my eyes and rolled down my cheeks, landing on the floor. My breathing could not be controlled any longer. It hitched and caught in my throat.

This was actually for an audition. A short story including myself and Mavrick.

A young girl named Kate finds herself trapped in a new adventure that she never asked for. After the loss of her sibling and being taken from her family, she finds herself waking up in the middle of a forest with nothing besides her backpack and wits. With only forestry stretching in every direction she has to find her way out before nothing less than a monster comes to take her life. She needs to escape but will she?
