Winter. A time of year the newsboys of New York City wish they skip over. It got cold- real cold. Newsies all over would start showing signs of sickness within the first weeks of winter. Not as many people are out on the streets, which means not as many people are there to buy papes. Money gets scarce and it's not like any of them can afford a winter coat. Wintertime is chaotic enough as it is, but when you're a newsboy trying to juggle a forbidden relationship, the death of many friends, and the return of a psychotic family member? Yeah, things can get a little... destructive. IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO ME WHETHER OR NOT YOU READ IT, I JUST WANTED TO PUT IT OUT THERE. While I am fully aware that it is not always used as a slur, I just couldn't bring myself to have one of the boys say the 'f' word. I just can't decide which is better, but for some characters I can only see them as the 1992 version or the broadway version. - Main difference: The relationship is going to be Jack and Katherine, meaning that neither Sarah nor Denton exist. The thing is, everyone at his school loves the mysterious singer but ironically they bully and ridicule the boy because of who he is, calling him names or ignoring him. Vikk has depression but the music helps him out. But what happens when a rumour spreads around the school about Vikk being the mysterious Starboy? His only light source is a single torch, but the heavy fog settling in the area makes it impossible to see anything. Vikk tries to figure out where he is, but draws a blank. And soon enough a new thought is crossing his mind. How did he get here in the fist place? Something's tugging at his mind... He's forgetting something.
