This story takes place after "The Meg" which was a 2018 film featuring Li Bing Bing, Jason Statham, Ruby Rose, Rainn Wilson, Page Kennedy, Sophia Cai, etc etc. After defeating the prehistoric giant man eating fish everyone returned back to their normal lives. They wanted to live the rest of their lives in peace and relaxation, little do they know Mother Nature has some other ideas.
