Now legend goes that this no NCR ranger even though he wears the armor and coat, he never wore the helmet to tell people he was not of NCR. now the Ranger always helped out the people of the wastes ether by killing off raiders or somehow fixing a whole water plant to save a village from dying. However one day he disappeared into the winds, some say to fight the Institute in The Commonwealth but I know the truth, he made his way to Appalachia in Old World West Virginia to uncover the secrets there and find out what happened to it.

The Courier moves from the Mojave Wasteland and to the Commonwealth while at the same time, the Lone Wanderer moves from the Capital Wasteland to the Commonwealth. How will the soul survivor deal with the possible threat from the Courier and the Lone Wanderer? Art is NOT mine!
